Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. You’re welcome to try it on, wash it, and wear it. If it doesn’t feel right, you may return it within 30 days.

U.S. Orders

Enjoy free return shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.
Final sale items are non-returnable.

Initiating a Return

To return an item:

  1. Log in to your account: Account Log-In

  2. Go to Orders

  3. Select the order and click “Return or Replace Items”

  4. Choose item(s) and reason for return

  5. Upload photos/comments if needed

  6. Review and submit your return request

Alternatively, email us at admin@xorapparel.com with your order details.
We’ll respond within 24 hours (or sooner during business hours) and provide a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. only) along with return instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@xorapparel.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges (Return and Repurchase)

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size, color, or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
